Will Estre block my real customers? No. Estre never blocks a shopper and never cancels an order. In protect mode it holds a risky order; you release it with one click in Shopify.

Why was an order flagged? Every flag lists its reasons, in the app and in the order's fraud analysis in Shopify.

How do I stop Estre changing anything? Switch to Watch only in Estre's Settings, or uninstall the app.
